Last weekend, me and Burton got to go up to Chicago with his parents on a whim. Burton is going to be leaving a week from today for Memphis and his parents are actually going to be in London all of this week. So needless to say they felt bad and decided to take us to Chicago for a couple days for one last trip before Burton has pretty much no life...
I think one thing that me and Burton share the love for the most is traveling. God has blessed me with someone who can keep up with me and He has also blessed Burton with someone who will make him get his picture taken-you can decide who is the most blessed! : )
The last time we both went to Chicago, it was below freezing weather and the city was covered in snow!
When we got there this time it was hot! hot! hot! I enjoyed the trip so much and am officially in love with the city! Me and Burton probably walked off about ten pounds this weekend, but put it right back on with the amazing food we had! Burton's parents got to spend Saturday with us, gladly skipping out on a conference they were supposed to go to, and enjoyed the city with us then! I'm so glad we got this one last trip in before Burton leaves and I officially become a Wood next summer!
